- Managed 40x30 ft booth layout and production within a $40K budget, in collaboration with external vendors
- Partnered with sales and product teams to curate and decorate featured products with compelling graphics
- Directed creation of booth visuals, signage, and flyers with internal design and marketing teams
- Planned and executed pre-show email and social campaigns to boost booth awareness and traffic
- Oversaw booth setup and installation onsite, and led team during breakdown
- Engaged attendees on the floor to generate interest, capture leads, and surface key customer insights
- Led post-show marketing campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage customers
- Developed personalized lead follow-up workflows that helped sales and customer service teams convert interest into revenue
